The warehouse comprises a total 38,000 m2 divided over two units, built in 2012 and 2016 respectively. It is leased entirely to GVT Group of Logistics.

The Tilburg asset will be added to Deka’s WestInvest TargetSelect Logistics sector fund for institutional investors.

Deka was advised on the deal by TLF Real Estate, while Industrial Real Estate Partners acted for GVT.

The last Deka deal in the Netherlands to be reported by PropertyEU involved the asset manager acquiring The Bank building in Amsterdam from developer Kroonenberg Group for over €275 mln in November 2015.
