Deka Immobilien has acquired a 33,000 m2 office building in the Clichy sub-market of Paris from Catalyst Capital.

The investment volume for Les Ateliers du Parc came to €155 mln.

Les Ateliers du Parc is fully let to five tenants, including the online retailer Amazon. Built in 1908, it was comprehensively refurbished in 2011-2013 and parts of the overall complex, which comprises four connected buildings, are listed.

Deka said the asset will be included in the portfolio of Deka-ImmobilienGlobal, a German open-ended real estate fund. This is the first multi-tenant property which the investment fund has acquired for its portfolio in France.

The property was sold by Catalyst European Property Fund I, a fund managed by Catalyst Capital, the European real estate investment and asset management firm. Catalyst Capital was advised by JLL in a co-exclusive mandate with Catella, Freshfields, Etude Lasaygues and PWC Landwell.
