German fund manager Degi has acquired a department store in the German city of Dorsten from ipe Dorsten Recklinghauser Tor. The transaction volume comes to EUR 21 mln.

German fund manager Degi has acquired a department store in the German city of Dorsten from ipe Dorsten Recklinghauser Tor. The transaction volume comes to EUR 21 mln.

Completed in 2000, the city-centre building provides some 7,500 m2 of retail space, two floors of apartments with 1.287 m2 of residential space. The main tenant of the retail accommodation is the German supermarket chain Toom-Markt. The property is earmarked for Degi's Europe Retail fund.
