German fund manager Degi has acquired a department store in the German city of Dorsten from ipe Dorsten Recklinghauser Tor. The transaction volume comes to EUR 21 mln.

German fund manager Degi has acquired a department store in the German city of Dorsten from ipe Dorsten Recklinghauser Tor. The transaction volume comes to EUR 21 mln.

Completed in 2000, the city-centre building provides some 7,500 m² of retail space, two floors of apartments with 1.287 m² of residential space. The main tenant of the retail accommodation is the German supermarket chain Toom-Markt. The property is earmarked for Degi's Europe Retail fund.
