Degi, part of the Aberdeen Property Investors Group, has appointed Cushman & Wakefield as the property manager of its Marynarska Business Park in Poland. The complex with 43,700 m[sup]2[/sup] is located in the district of Mokotow in Warsaw.
Degi, part of the Aberdeen Property Investors Group, has appointed Cushman & Wakefield as the property manager of its Marynarska Business Park in Poland. The complex with 43,700 m2 is located in the district of Mokotow in Warsaw.
The Business Park comprises four modern buildings constructed by Ghelamco and designed by the Belgian architectural company Jaspers & Eyers Partners. The complex was delivered in March 2008 and at present it is 99%-leased to tenants including Netia, Tebodin SAP-Projekt, Ford Polska, FCE Bank and Reader’s Digest. C&W will take over the full complex management in December 2008.
Michal Skalinski, head of Asset Management at C&W Polish office, said, 'The Warsaw office of C&W currently manages over 466,000 m2 of commercial space in Poland occupied by 391 tenants. Through our activities we aim to make the best use of the potential of the properties we manage.' In Poland C&W is managing on behalf of Degi the Metropolitan office building offering about 38,000 m2, as well as the Focus office complex in Warsaw.
