DeA Capital Real Estate has completed the acquisition of two office assets in Milan from local asset manager Kryalos’ All Star fund for €86 mln. The purchase was made on behalf of the Ippocrate closed-end fund, invested by the pension fund for doctors, Enpam.
The two adjacent assets consists of a listed neoclassical-style office scheme known as Palazzo Mellerio and a complex comprising two interconnected office buildings at Piazza Velasca, known as MeVe. The assets, 13/15 Corso di Porta Romana and 7/9 Piazza Velasca have been recently connected to form a single tenancy, currently leased to a market consulting company.
DeA Capital Real Estate first agreed to buy the asset back in early March.
