Italian asset manager DeA Capital Real Estate’s Fondo GO Italia VI fund has secured a €139 mln green loan from French lender Crédit Agricole CIB.
The Fondo GO Italia VI fund is entirely invested by BentallGreenOak.
The three-year financing facility with an option to extend for one extra year will be used to finance the acquisition of big-box and last mile logistics assets in Venice, Alessandria, Reggio Emilia and near Modena, Italy, as well as the development of new projects in Reggio Emilia and Dovera, for a total gross leasable area of 200,000 m2.
Crédit Agricole CIB acted as Underwriter, Mandated Lead Arranger, Bookrunner, Green Loan Co-ordinator and Agent.
