Italian asset manager Dea Capital Real Estate has reportedly put two major office buildings near Milan on the market.
According to a news report by Italian paper Il Sole 24 Ore, Dea Capital Real Estate’s Atlantic 1 fund in liquidation is looking for a buyer for the offices of energy giants Eni and Saipem in San Donato Milanese near Milan.
Located at via Martiri di Cefalonia 67, the Saipem office alone is believed to be valued at around €150 mln. The building is due to be vacated by its tenant which is relocating to the Spark One and Two office complex under development in Milan’s Santa Giulia district.
