The purchase, which was first agreed in early March, was made on behalf of the Ippocrate closed-end fund, invested by the pension fund for doctors, Enpam, from Kryalos’ All Star fund.

The trophy asset at 54 Via Veneto in Rome is entirely leased to international co-working firm Spaces and comprises 4,000 m2 of space across six floors.

Last week DeA Capital Real Estate also finalized the purchase of two office assets in Milan from local asset manager Kryalos’ All Star fund for €86 mln. The two adjacent assets consists of a listed neoclassical-style office scheme known as Palazzo Mellerio and a complex comprising two interconnected office buildings at Piazza Velasca, known as MeVe.

The assets, 13/15 Corso di Porta Romana and 7/9 Piazza Velasca have been recently connected to form a single tenancy, currently leased to a market consulting company.
