Global industrial real estate group Prologis has announced the appointment of Dennis de Vreede as senior vice president and European finance director.
Global industrial real estate group Prologis has announced the appointment of Dennis de Vreede as senior vice president and European finance director.
In his new role, De Vreede will head up the European finance team, both in the local European markets and at Prologis' European headquarters in Amsterdam. His responsibilities include corporate accounting, financial planning & analysis, treasury, tax and compliance, as well as corporate services.
De Vreede joins Prologis from Dutch privately-held retail specialist Redevco, where he held the position of chief financial officer from December 2007 to September 2011. In this role, he was responsible for all finance, tax, legal and IT matters.
Prior to Redevco, he served as global finance director at Rockwell Automation Inc. Previously he served as vice president finance for telecommunications venture KPNQwest. In addition, he gained mergers & acquisitions experience at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in London. He started his career in 1993 with KPMG in the Netherlands.
