Developer De Paepe Group has handed over the 119-metre high MG Tower in the Belgian city of Ghent to investor and occupier KBC Bank.
Designed by Jaspers-Eyers Architects, the 27-storey tower is Flanders' highest building, and offers 21,400 m2 of space. The scheme constitutes the gateway to new 'Loop' city district of Ghent. The asset provides room for 1,200 persons and includes a 430-car and 150-bike underground garage.
