De Paepe delivers Belgium's MG tower to KBC Bank

Developer De Paepe Group has handed over the 119-metre high MG Tower in the Belgian city of Ghent to investor and occupier KBC Bank.

Designed by Jaspers-Eyers Architects, the 27-storey tower is Flanders' highest building, and offers 21,400 m² of space. The scheme constitutes the gateway to new 'Loop' city district of Ghent. The asset provides room for 1,200 persons and includes a 430-car and 150-bike underground garage.
