Munich-based DCM Deutsche Capital Management has acquired four nursing homes for its new closed-ended property fund DCM ZukunftsWerte for a total of EUR 60 mln.
Colliers Trombello Kölbel Immobilienconsulting advised on the acquisition of three establishments in Schwerte, Einbeck and Hilchenbach for the Munich issuing house. The senior citizens’ nursing homes offer both classical care services and sheltered housing. Colliers Trombello Kölbel advised the vendor, CM Immobilienverwaltung, Münster on the purchase of the fourth property in Münster.
DCM ZukunftsWerte is investing in nursing homes complemented by sheltered housing, day nurseries and shop units at 18 locations in 10 of the federal states. The nursing homes are existing properties or planned projects which are let to experienced, well-known operators such as Kursana, Casa Reha, Vitanas or Senator on long leases of 20 or 25 years. The intention is to acquire further properties.
