Dawnay Day Sirius, a real estate company established by Dawnay Day and Sirius Facilities to focus on German commercial real estate, is planning to raise up to EUR 300 mln of new equity through a share offer to institutional investors.

The company intends to list its shares on the London stock market and, conditional on admission, it will acquire a portfolio of EUR 206 mln, with an annual net rental income of EUR 13 mln. The proceeds of the share offer will be used to fund debt and increase the company's portfolio from EUR 206 mln to EUR 750 mln over the next 12-18 months.
