Spanish luxury real estate developer Dar Global has partnered with luxury Italian fashion house Missoni on an exclusive residential project on Spain's Costa del Sol.
Marea, interiors by Missoni, has a gross development value of €70 mln, bringing the group's Spanish portfolio to €350 mln.
The 18,500 m2 project will deliver prime two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments in the vicinity of the prestigious Finca Cortesín hotel and golf club and a stone's throw away from Marbella and the marinas of Puerto Banús and Sotogrande.
The interiors of the residential project have been envisioned and curated by Alberto Caliri, creative director of Missoni Home Collection, supervised by Rosita Missoni. This exclusive gated community, with 24/7 premium security services, offers a state-of-the-art gym, infinity pool, tennis court, as well as dedicated play areas for children.
The estimated completion date is June 2027.

Marea, interiors by Missoni, is Dar Global's second project launched in Spain in the past three months, having launched the ultra-luxury villas at Tierra Viva, in Benahavis, in June this year.
