Atrium European Real Estate, part of G City and an owner, manager and developer of retail and residential rental properties in Central Europe, has appointed a new CFO.
Anna Dafna replaces Ryan Lee in the role, following Lee's promotion to CEO of Atrium European Real Estate.
While holding the CFO role, Dafna will continue as managing director of residential for rent division, dealing with the creation of the company's new business line dedicated to rental apartments.
Dafna has been with the Atrium Group for 13 years, and with Atrium Poland since 2014. Before being appointed to the group executive management team in June 2021, she served as CFO and Deputy CEO of Atrium Poland.
Prior to joining Atrium Group, she worked at the Israeli branch of KPMG. Dafna holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg - WHU programme.
Atrium's portfolio currently includes 26 revenue-generating assets, including one residential rental property, with a total market value of €2.3 bn and a total gross leasable area of more than 760,000 m2.
