Czech investor Investika realitní fond, OPF has acquired a prime office building in Poznan, Poland from Wechta Nieruchomosci, a subsidiary of major Polish developer Wechta.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The asset, Szyperska Office Center, is located in the centre of Poznan, close to the Old Town, at the crossroads of Szyperska and Estkowskiego streets.
The class A office was built in 2009, with seven above-ground and one underground floor. Its total leasable area exceeds 19,000 m2, including over 17,000 m2 of office space.
The property also includes an underground car park with 100 spaces and a retail and service area on the ground floor.
Linklaters advised the buyer, with a team led by Adriana Andrzejewska, managing associate in Warsaw Real Estate practice, supported by Ewa Sinkiewicz (senior associate) and Mateusz Korecki (junior associate).
The transaction was supervised by Artur Kulawski, Linklaters Warsaw managing partner.
