Czech opportunistic investor PPF Real Estate Holding has acquired the Wilhelminatoren office property in the Dutch port city of Rotterdam for €29 mln.
Located at Wilhelminaplein 1-40, the multi-let asset was sold by Gula International. It provides 16,200 m2 of office space as well as 185 parking spaces let to several tenants including Rechtbank, ABN Amro Bank, TBI Holdings, and law firm Van den Herik & Verhulst Advocaten.
PPF Real Estate Holding manages around 60 properties worth some €1 bn and consists of two units, PPF Real Estate which focuses on Europe, and PPF Real Estate Russia which is active exclusively in Russia.
Savills advised the vendor on the deal, with DLA Piper giving legal advice. Law firm Ploum Lodder Princen acted for the buyer.
