The pair will have joint responsibility for managing the regional business line, which provides property management services for approximately 30 million m2 of commercial property in 14 countries.

Reuter, who is based in Frankfurt, has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 2013 and was previously responsible for running the asset services business in Continental Europe. Bonham joined the firm in early 2018 as head of UK & Ireland asset services, a London-based role she will continue alongside her regional responsibilities.

'Tina and Louise are experienced senior leaders in our EMEA business,' said Colin Wilson, EMEA CEO of Cushman & Wakefield.

'Together they will ensure regional consistency in our processes and delivery of asset services, driving operational excellence and exceptional outcomes for our investor clients and our people.'

Reuter will represent asset services on the firm’s EMEA executive committee, while Bonham will continue to do the same on its UK & Ireland executive committee. Both have been promoted to executive partner, the highest grade in Cushman & Wakefield’s EMEA business.
