Real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield Poland has appointed Mariola Bitner as head of workplace strategy.
In her new post, besides continuing to develop her local team she will also implement new technologies in such areas as workplace strategy, change management, WELL certification and ESG.
Bitner is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s sustainability team with key responsibility for WELL certification.
Commenting on her appointment, Mariola Bitner said: ‘I will definitely bring to the team my enthusiasm and experience in project management, sustainability and WELL certification. I am very keen to place a greater emphasis on environmental issues because we are the first to help clients specify their needs, examine and analyse project requirements and develop a strategy for the future.’
Bitner has over 18 years of experience as a project manager in office, warehouse, industrial and service projects.
In recent years she has implemented the hybrid work model for clients, including both office reconfiguration and reorganization and change management among employees.
As client account manager Bitner was responsible for office fit-out projects in EMEA, coordinating international project teams.
