Pawel Partyka, an expert with 11 years of experience in capital markets transactions and advisory, has been promoted to head of capital markets Poland at Cushman and Wakefield.
Partyka will lead a 13-strong team, with Marcin Kocerba appointed as deputy head. The restructuring of the Polish team will allow Jeff Alson to focus more strongly on his role as the capital markets Leader for Central and Eastern Europe and on supporting clients across EMEA.
'The restructuring of the Polish Capital Markets team is part of a long-term succession plan and reflects the existing division of leadership roles in it. Pawel and Marcin are among the leading experts in real estate investment transactions in Poland. Together, we make up a strong trio with responsibility for managing this business line of Cushman & Wakefield and expanding our presence on the Polish capital market,' said Alson.
Added Partyka: 'We have for years been consistently strengthening our position as a leading real estate services firm in Poland, while further enhancing our service quality and offer. The competitive advantage of Cushman & Wakefield lies in our entrepreneurial approach and taking a forward-looking view of the market.
'The opportunity to lead such an exceptional team represents an additional incentive to act and a huge privilege for me.'
