International real estate advisor Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Elise Adriaansen (28) and Hessel Diekerhoff (37) as consultant and associate debt & structured finance, respectively.

The new hires bring the debt & structured finance team in Amsterdam, under the supervision of Maud Visschedijk, to six advisors.

Adriaansen began her career as finance trainee within the ING international talent programme, followed by an appointment as associate within ING Group Capital Management.

The past year she has been self-employed, running her own business within international coaching. Adriaansen studied International Business Administration at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, followed by a Master of Science in Finance at the ESADE Business School in Barcelona.

Diekerhoff was employed for over 10 years at FGH Bank where he worked as a relationship manager and was responsible for origination, structuring and execution of real estate loans for investors and developers.

Most recently, he worked at Beaufort Corporate Consulting as a financial advisor. Diekerhoff graduated in 2017 from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate where, after obtaining his Master of Science in Business (2007), he completed a Master of Science in Real Estate.
