Caroline Gardiner has been appointed to Cushman & Wakefield’s global occupier services (GOS) team as head of facilities management, EMEA.
Gardiner has spent the past three years working as a consultant to Citigroup, responsible as project lead for the global outsourcing of its facilities management services across 98 countries.

Established within the facilities management sector, Gardiner has held a number of high-profile roles within the banking sector, including positions as project lead and interim global head of Barclays facilities services, as well as a facilities managment role at HSBC.
Current team lead, partner Ian Gray, remains in the senior management team, taking the role of head of client delivery. Gardiner joins as an international partner.
