Real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Kiran Patel as an associate director within its UK research & insight team, focusing on the offices sector.
Patel joins the firm from And London where he led the research and insight function as director of insight & research, consulting with clients to provide comprehensive thought leadership and data analysis to inform building design and planning decisions.
Prior to this role, Patel held research roles at Avison Young and Underdog Collective.
Daryl Perry, head of UK research & insight at Cushman & Wakefield, said: 'As we continue to see an evolution of the way we work, data-driven analysis of bifurcation, obsolescence, working habits and the future of our cities has never been more sought after by investors and occupiers alike.
'At Cushman and Wakefield, we are delighted to welcome Kiran to our leading Research & Insight team, further deepening our offering to clients.'
Said Patel: 'The last few years have highlighted the importance of data-driven insight in real estate decision making.
'The continued shifts we are seeing across the offices sector – whether that’s the industry’s road to a net zero carbon future, or the changes in workplace dynamics – set across a challenging investment backdrop make it a fascinating time to work in the sector. I am excited to play a meaningful part in that journey at Cushman & Wakefield.'
