Cushman & Wakefield’s EMEA hospitality team continues its strategic expansion with the appointment of Katell Bourgeois, to lead the newly formed hospitality team in France.
Bourgeois joins Cushman & Wakefield from JLL’s hotels & hospitality team in Paris, where she had worked for nearly 15 years. The firm has additionally recruited Josephine Duforest from CBRE and Olivier Monteux from Accor, to join Bourgeois as analysts in the team.
Bourgeois will be responsible for building a full-service hospitality function for Cushman & Wakefield in France, which will include capital markets, advisory, development and operator selection.

Bourgeois and her team will work closely with Frederic le Fichoux, who leads on hotel transactions in Continental Europe, as well as the EMEA Hospitality team in London.
Key clients already include Accor and Covivio, while the French business has also been involved in several high-profile hotel development projects and investment sales, such as the SO / Sofitel at Morland Mixité Capitale and the Milles Arbres development in Paris.
