Global real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has announced the expansion of its office real estate team in Budapest with the appointment of Tamara Szántó to the C&W office agency as a negotiator from 1 August.
Global real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has announced the expansion of its office real estate team in Budapest with the appointment of Tamara Szántó to the C&W office agency as a negotiator from 1 August.
Szántó graduated from the University of Pécs, Faculty of Economics and holds an MSc degree in economics with a specialisation in marketing. She has gained extensive expertise in the real estate, leisure and hospitality sectors prior to joining C&W at such international companies as GVA Robertson and NH Hotels.
Szántó concluded nearly 50 transactions in the last two years at her former employer, C&W said.
