Russia-focused development company MirLand Development has retained the Russian arm of real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield as exclusive agent for the leasing and marketing of the MirLand Business Centre in Moscow (Phase II). The business centre offers Class B office space, and is located between Leningradsky Prospekt and Dmitrovskoye Shosse in Moscow. Construction of Phase II is scheduled for completion by the third quarter of this year.

The Cypriot-based MirLand Development Corporation operates solely in Russia, with a primary focus on high-quality commercial and residential real estate assets in Moscow and St. Petersburg as well as various commercial projects in large Russian regional cities. In December, MirLand launched an initial public offering that saw its shares listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange.
