Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has expanded into Austria through an exclusive partnership with CBS International.
This builds on their successful collaborations in Serbia, Montenegro, and Croatia (since 2018 and 2019 respectively).
The new entity, Cushman & Wakefield CBS International, is headquartered in Vienna's 1010 district with a team of local market experts.
They offer a comprehensive range of services including brokerage, consultancy, capital markets, valuation & advisory, and research & insights.
CBS International's broader network further strengthens the Austrian team's service delivery capabilities.
