Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Louise Rushmer to the role of account lead – Cushman & Wakefield corporate portfolio, within its global occupier services (GOS) team.
Rushmer will lead the management of its UK real estate portfolio, as well as being responsible for related facilities management. She will also have a key role across the firm’s EMEA real estate portfolio.
Rushmer has worked in property and facilities management for the last 19 years and joins Cushman & Wakefield from Virgin Money where she was head of property.
Other roles have included service excellence manager at Barclays Wealth and global head of property for Frank Recruitment Group.
As a partner at Cushman & Wakefield, Rushmer will be responsible for real estate and facilities management for 14 offices in the UK and the real estate for 98 EMEA offices.
Rushmer said: 'Having been a client of Cushman & Wakefield for the last 13 years I have seen first-hand the people-centric and insightful approach the business takes to real estate.
