Cushman & Wakefield has appointed three new partners in the Czech Republic, namely Alexander Rafajlovic and Michal Soták in the capital markets team, plus Jan Voslár in retail agency.
Rafajlovic (left) is in charge of real estate transactions in the Czech and Slovak Republics. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 as an analyst; he later worked as head of the research team for Czech Republic and Slovakia and joined the capital markets team five years later.
Voslár (centre) has been working at Cushman & Wakefield for eleven years, including leading the team that focuses on leasing high street retail space over the last five years.
Soták (right) is responsible for real estate transactions in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2012 following experiences at Deloitte, Citigroup and Mint Investments.
