Nicole Römer has joined Cushman & Wakefield as head of retail investment in Germany and an international partner in the firm.
Römer joins from Art-Invest Real Estate, where she held the position of head of retail. She previously worked for JLL for nine years, latterly as team leader of retail investment in Berlin.
In addition to Römer, Cushman & Wakefield’s German retail investment team has been strengthened with the appointment of Jan-Philip Zur. He previously worked as director of investment and development at Cells Group after starting his career at JLL. Zur joins the firm as a partner.
