Property adviser Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Evgeny Popov and Richard Tibbott to its advisory team in Russia.
Popov, an associate, was promoted to head of development consultancy for Cushman & Wakefield in Russia. He has worked with Cushman & Wakefield for more than 10 years in development consultancy and is responsible for providing advice to developers and investors in retail, office and mixed-use assets.
Tibbott has joined Cushman & Wakefield as chairman of the advisory section after working for Colliers International UK as chairman of global development solutions for almost five years.
