CTP, the largest owner and developer of industrial and logistics space in Romania, has bolstered its management team with the appointment of Razvan-Alexandru Danciu as head of property management for its portfolio of over 2.1mln m2 owned in 15 cities across the country.

The company has opted for Danciu who was formerly chief operating officer at High Tech Clima, which provides services to various assets owned by the likes of CEE specialist NEPI Rockcastle.

Welcoming him, Ana Dumitrache, country head CTP Romania said: 'We are a long-term investor and are concerned about how our industrial parks maintain their value over time.'

'Quality of life and therefore the excellence of the services we offer are a priority and that's why we are directly involved through integrated property management services.'

In total, Danciu has over 20 years of experience for complex development projects.
