European industrial and logistics specialist CTP has strengthened its Romanian management team with the appointment of Ionut Puiu as construction director.
After a three-year hiatus pursuing a new challenge, Puiu returns to CTP with a wealth of experience. In a career spanning over a decade, Puiu has honed his skills in managing and coordinating construction operations across various sectors, from retail to industrial development.

With a portfolio already covering 2.9 million m2 of Class-A sustainable modern warehouses, CTP Romania is poised for further growth, boasting a landbank of over 3.5 million m2 in various cities.
The company has over 200,000 m2 of industrial and logistics space that is currently under developmentin Arad, Bucharest, Brasov, and Sibiu, with plans for additional development throughout 2024.
