CEE business parks developer CTP has embarked on its latest CTPark in Poland, starting construction of the park's first warehouse in the southern city of Opole.
Named CTPark Opole, the park will have a total built-up area of nearly 71,000 m2. The first warehouse, comprising 13,000 m2, has been prelet to International Automotive Components. At the end of last year, CTP also completed the acqusition of a cross-dock facility currently leased to logistics player DHL on a long-term basis.
CTP's CTPark Network, the largest integrated business park system in Central Europe, comprises over 3.8 million m2 of class-A properties in over 60 strategic locations. CTP also owns a number of standalone office projects, including the Spielberk in Brno, and IQ Ostrava.
