Czech developer CTP has secured a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating for its Spielberk Tower development in Brno - the first office building outside the UK to be awarded the rating.
Czech developer CTP has secured a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating for its Spielberk Tower development in Brno - the first office building outside the UK to be awarded the rating.
The tower at Spielberk Office Centre comprises two high-rise structures offering approximately 28,000 m2 of office space. The development aims to establish the Czech city as a major business location.
The BREEAM index assesses sustainable building design, construction and use. The assessment gauges a number of factors include energy efficiency, use of natural resources and the ability to recycle construction materials at the end of the use of the building.
The BREEAM assessment was carried out for CTP by licensed assessor EC Harris.
