An affiliate of private real estate investment firm Crosstree Real Estate Partners has purchased the Edmonton Green Shopping Centre in Edmonton, North London for £72 mln (€82 mln) from property firm St Modwen.
Edmonton Green Shopping Centre occupies a site of 10 hectares in Edmonton directly opposite the train station and comprises 495,000 ft2 (46,000 m2) of leasable space.

The existing site currently includes over 100 shops, a daily market, office and community uses, 754 homes and over 1,000 car parking spaces.
