Wouter Zwetsloot, managing director, Benelux at Cromwell Property Group, has announced he is leaving the firm.
Zwetsloot had been with Cromwell Property Group for 16 years.
He posted on LinkedIn: 'It has been an amazing journey and I am extremely proud of what we have achieved and the team and platform we have built.
'It has been an honor to contribute to this in my role as head of Benelux and head of real estate, Europe. Over the years I had the privilege of working with some of the best people in the business, thank you all!'
Zwetsloot concluded by saying that he would be taking some time off to spend with his family, after which he would focus on 'new business opportunities'.
The announcement came just days after Cromwell Property Group revealed plans to reorganise its European operations.
The reorganisation involves the creation of a regional structure comprising two European regions, which will be headed by Pontus Flemme Gärdsell for Northern Europe, and by Michael Bohde for Southern Europe, both reporting directly to Andy Creighton, head of investment management, Europe.
These two regions will replace the former structure, where each country had its own country head.
Cromwell said the shake-up was necessary at it sought to be ‘more aligned’ with its investors’ strategies, and to improve efficiency in the current challenging market environment.
