Real estate investor and manager, Cromwell Property Group, has appointed Darren Downs to the new role of head of Separate Accounts.
Downs will be responsible for ensuring the specific mandates and requirements of individual Cromwell separate account investors are met, as well as identifying opportunities suitable for new investors as part of the business’ focus on growth in the European market.
He has over 20 years’ experience in the real-estate industry including capital-raising, fund management, debt financing and multi-sector investment across different jurisdictions. He holds in-depth knowledge of major European commercial real-estate markets and was previously a fund manager and director at Nuveen Real Estate for 14 years.
