Real estate investor and manager Cromwell Property Group has appointed Andrew Stacey as head of France, responsible for managing all aspects of the business across the country.
In this role, Stacey will work closely with Rob Cotterell, head of investment, Europe and Jitse Mulder, head of property management, Europe. He brings more than 34 years of property sector experience across a variety of roles in France and the UK.
Mark McLaughlin, managing director Europe at Cromwell Property Group, commented: 'Andrew is an extremely experienced real estate operator with extensive knowledge and expertise in the French market, as well as the light industrial and logistics market. Stacey joins Cromwell following eight years at P3 Logistics Parks, having set up the French part of the business in 2010, then progressing to head of asset management Europe in 2013. Latterly, he was P3's chief operating officer following its sale to GIC in 2017.
Prior to this, he was managing director at Panattoni France, where he was responsible for setting up and running the French business. Between 2005 and 2007, he was president of Parkridge France.
