Crestbridge, one of the top funds services firms, says it has been further beefing up its real estate team.
Emily Manning re-joined the group towards the end of last year as director to help grow the company’s real estate funds provision, the company said.
It is a return for Manning, who previously worked for the company for six years before joining Deutsche Bank in 2016. She also worked at Langham Hall.
Brian Jemwa, head of real estate funds at Crestbridge, said: ‘Crestbridge is continuing to position itself as a leading service provider in the real estate funds space.’
Crestbridge provides services to funds with $130 bn (€120 bn) of assets.
The company is led by Dean Hodcroft, who took over as CEO in July 2021 having worked at private equity real estate group, Cale Street Partners, and before that, Ernst & Young.
