Marcin Lukoszko has joined the industrial and warehouse department of the Polish office of global tenant-only real estate advisory firm Cresa as a senior advisor on BTS (built-to-suit) and BTO (built-to-own) projects.
'The positive investment climate in Poland has and will continue to add depth to the industrial market,' Lukoszko commented.
'With more and more occupiers deciding on a build-to-suit property solution to facilitate their operations, utilizing our experience and understanding of the whole development process, zoning, permitting, utility, infrastructure and road improvement requirements will allow us to add significant value to our clients who are planning new investments in Poland.'
Lukoszko has seven years’ experience in the industrial property market. He previously worked as a BTS consultant at Panattoni.
Lukoszko will be working in Cresa’s Wroclaw office.
Cresa, based in Washington DC, is the world's largest tenant-only commercial real estate firm.
