'The rapid expansion of the Lódz commercial real estate market and our commitment to deliver top-quality customer service were the key drivers behind our decision to open yet another regional office,' said Piotr Kaszynski, managing partner at Cresa Poland.

Cresa now has four offices in Poland: in Warsaw, Wroclaw, Tricity and Lódz.

'I am pleased that Cresa has recognised Lódz’s position on the Polish real estate market. Lódz keeps setting new records and is likely to sustain its positive trajectory driven by the healthy demand coming from the SSC/BPO (shared services centres/business processing outsourcing ed.) sector,' said Pyziak.

Pyziak has 12 years’ experience in the real estate market. She previously worked for JLL, where she co-created the firm’s first office in Lódz. Other roles have included positions at Dell and the City of Lódz.
