Credit Suisse Asset Management has acquired the Prosta Tower in Warsaw from Marvipol for an undisclosed sum.
JLL represented the buyer in the deal for the class-A asset, Credit Suisse's first office investment in Poland since 2007.

Representing around 6,300 sm2 of office space, the scheme is located on Prosta Street and was designed by Polish architect Stefan Kurylowicz.
Prosta Tower was developed by Marvipol in 2011 and has since served as its company headquarters.
