Crédit Mutuel hires C&W to manage 100,000 m2 portfolio

Crédit Mutuel has appointed Cushman & Wakefield to carry out property and asset management services on its portfolio of retail assets in France.

The package, which comprises 200 retail units spread over 50 sites in France, represents a total area of over 100,000 m2.

'We have a dedicated team that combines property/asset expertise and which our investor can rely on to increase the performance of each asset,' commented Stéphane Bureau, managing director of asset management at C&W France.
