The real estate development units of Credit Agricole Immobilier and ING Real Estate are joining forces in the construction of the new Horizon Sud residential-led project in Evry, near Paris. ING and Credit Agricole said in a joint statement that the urban regeneration project is in line with the strategy pursued by Evry city council to raise the profile and attractiveness of the city centre.

ING and Credit Agricole said in a joint statement that the urban regeneration project is in line with the strategy pursued by Evry city council to raise the profile and attractiveness of the city centre.

Horizon Sud will provide around 19,000 m2 of mixed-use space, including 256 apartments, 650 m2 of commercial areas as well as 294 parking spaces. Located in the new Hotel de Ville district, Horizon Sud is the first step of a larger regeneration of the inner city that the two joint venture developers will carrry out from the end of 2008. The overall redevelopment, including Horizon Sud and, at a later stage, Horizon Ouest, will faeture 32,800 m2 of housing space, 6,900 m2 of offices and 1,500 m2 of retail space. Designed by the architectural team, Claus en Kaan Architecten, Beckmann N'Thepe, Carlos Jimenez Studio, Horizon Sud is expected to be completed at the end of 2010.
