UK real estate software company has made six new appointments to strengthen its position in the PropTech market.
Coyote has appointed Oliver Durham-Winch (pictured) as new head of sales. Prior to this role, he worked at Argus Software and at the Salesforce ecosystem, gaining 20-years of experience in advising companies in the real estate market on how to embrace technology to improve their businesses.
Oli Farago, chief executive officer of Coyote, commented: ‘The response from the market since the launch of Coyote less than a year ago has been phenomenal. Key to our successful growth is building the right team. A team who understand and talk the language of real estate and technology and its convergence.’
‘Bringing Oliver on board, with his wealth of experience and contacts, is a real coup for our business and statement of intent of our future growth,’ he added.
To improve its team, Coyote also hired Fred Attrill, as head of marketing; Rhys Ackery, as consulting manager; Paige Butler, as support and training analyst; Sowmya Golyala, as QA Engineer; Akos Radler, as .NET Engineer.
Transformation of the property industry
Durham-Winch, the newly appointed head of sales, declared: ‘I am thrilled to be joining Coyote at such an exciting time in both the company’s evolution, at the forefront of the transformation of the property industry driven by the rise of technology.’
‘I am joining a team of very talented people, and a business that is providing a truly unique proposition to the way data is managed, analysed and reported,’ he concluded.
These appointments follow former GVA CEO Rob Bould’s hire as non-executive director.
