Court dismisses EUR 103m claim against Vastned O/I
The Court of Appeal in The Hague has dismissed a claim of EUR 103.5 mln against VastNed Offices/Industrial brought by three companies associated with the bankrupt firm Ravenswade Ontwikkeling.
