French real estate company Corum Investments raised €156 mln from small and large investors in the first quarter, capitalizing on favourable market conditions.
Of this amount, Corum Origin raised €64 mln, while the remaining €92 mln is divided between the Corum XL and Corum Eurion funds. This follows over €1 bn raised in 2023.
Corum's activity in Q1 included the acquisition of the Palazzo di Fuoco in Milan for €71 mln (7.1% yield), the purchase of a Spanish logistics platform for €18.7 mln (8.5% yield for 20 years), and the sale of a property in the Netherlands for €19.5 mln with a €4.5 mln capital gain
Corum aims to deliver returns of 6% and 5% for their Origin and XL funds, respectively. With the new investments, they now manage €7.8 bn in assets, with €6.2bn invested in commercial real estate.
The company operates in 17 European countries and Canada, holding over 200 properties leased to over 400 companies with an occupancy rate of over 96%.
Corum Investments is part of the Corum Butler Group, whose core businesses are real estate investment and European bonds.
