French real estate investor Corum has acquired two office buildings in Leiden and Rotterdam for almost €100 mln.
The larger purchase was for the Le Carrefour office building at Dellaertweg 1 in Leiden with a surface area of 31,500 m2 and 340 parking spaces. The main tenant is Achmea. The purchase price is €79.8 mln, according to the Dutch Land Registry.
In addition, Corum has bought the Eurogate 3 office building at Watermanweg 20-42 in Rotterdam-Alexander with a surface area of 8,540 m2 and 135 parking spaces. The purchase price for this was €15.5 mln.
In both cases, German fund DWS was the seller.
Last week, Corum's head of real estate, Philippe Cervesi, told PropertyNL, PropertyEU's sister publication, that the firm was not necessarily focusing on Dutch offices but noted: 'We are opportunistic investors. If we see something we like, we buy it.'
