Germany's Corpus Sireo said its Pan-European fund No. 4 has acquired a retail and office center near Gothenburg, Sweden, for an undisclosed amount. The property is located in the town of Partille, some 10 km northeast of Gothenburg, and provides 17,500 m[sup]2[/sup] of retail and office space as well as 550 parking spaces. The building, which was completely renovated in 2007 and 2008, is fully let to three Scandinavian retailers with leases running to 2013 and 2018.
