This is the second asset purchased for the institutional fund Corpus Sireo Heralth Care Fonds II which was launched in late 2011.
The vendor and occupier of the 112-bed Babenhausen property is K&S Group of Companies based in Sottrum, Lower Saxony. The facility will open in September 2012.
Corpus Sireo Health Care Fonds I owns 46 care centres and is Germany's largest institutional fund in this asset class.
